FAQs

Everything you wanted to know about working for Atlanta in a handy Q&A.

What is the application process like and how long will it take?

Application processes vary depending on the role you have applied for. Your recruitment consultant will go through the details with you, so you know exactly what will be involved.

How will I know if my application has been successful?

If your application has been successful, we’ll get in touch with you by phone or email to let you know. We’re sorry, but we can’t always respond to all the applicants who are not moving onto the next stage.

What is Atlanta’s approach to flexible working?

We support flexible working, and we have a hybrid approach to working in the office and from home. This will obviously depend on the role you’re applying for, and we’re really happy to discuss it with you as we talk about your application.

How will you keep my data safe?

As part of the process, you’ll be provided with access to our privacy statement and will need to consent before providing any of your personal data. You’re entitled to withdraw your data at any time.

Will I need to show any documentation during the recruitment process?

Any person we employ must be legally entitled to work in the UK. We'll need to see documentation to prove this – usually a passport or visa.

How do I get in touch with the recruitment team?

If you have any questions about your application, please email [email protected]

Please note we don’t accept applications or CVs outside of our recruitment process.
