Knowledge
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a numerical discipline
Knowledge of a range of statistical techniques and concepts e.g. logistic regression, clustering, decision trees, machine learning
High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Previous experience of analytical and statistical tools e.g. SAS, SQL, R (Desirable)
Experience of building, implementing and monitoring statistical models used for commercial purposes (Desirable)
Previous experience of running marketing campaign data selections and performing pre and post campaign analytics (Desirable)

Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Provide analytical support for the marketing plan through work on campaign data selections, digital and offline analytics, testing, modelling and profiling
Work with BI / MI and others in the continuous development of marketing reports and dashboards
Advise and recommend improvements to future marketing activity, underpinned by analysis conducted and insights gained
Ascertain requirements, and support in the delivery of reports and presentations relating to Atlanta’s marketing performance
Review if data required for analysis and reporting is available and accurate, identifying and escalating any gaps as required
