Performance Manager

Knowledge

Continue to find ways of improving our own business intelligence, to understand why and what is happening, therefore giving us the insight to affect future outcomes

Drive through automation of manually produced MI and analysis utilising Atlanta’s new Microsoft Power BI tool, including design, stakeholder management and validation of information prior to release to the business

Be a go to person to lead on key performance / strategic reviews (e.g. detailed financial / market review of a product within the portfolio)

Develop new and improve existing data sets to support decision making e.g Comparison of ROI (Yr 1 earnings / customer acquisition costs) between product and channels

Experience in Insurance / Financial Services industry would be beneficial (Desirable)

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Experience with Microsoft Power pivot / query or Microsoft Power BI (Desirable)

Numerate, analytical education or equivalent experience

Experience of interpreting data

Costing analysis and market benchmarking to support the pricing and implementation of fees and charges

Skills

Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to communicate strategy and outputs with technical and non-technical senior management

Monitoring and review of an agreed set of performance KPIs across key product and channels

Work closely with the pricing and analytics teams to challenge and support commercial decision making e.g Lifetime value (LTV) analysis

Manage the preparation and development of product and channel level trading analysis on a timely basis to support weekly Executive trading meetings

Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

Confidence in presenting technical information in a variety of media to clients and colleagues.

The ability to communicate to senior management level

Ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively

Undertake continuous personal development to ensure that Atlanta behaviours are demonstrated effectively and that skills and knowledge are up to date

Work closely with marketing teams to challenge attribution models and return on investment calculations

Oversee, working alongside the wider team, post implementation benefits tracking for material strategic projects

Collate, distribute and drive through the resolution of performance related actions

Deliver detailed, insightful analysis to solve complex business problems and / or to gain a deep understanding of various Atlanta business dynamics
