Knowledge
Experience in Insurance / Financial Services industry would be beneficial (Desirable)
Complying with all regulatory obligations with regards to customer data, competition law and other relevant guidance / legislation
Experience of interpreting data
Use of applications that which could be used in the role e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, Power Pivot
Skills
Building close working relationship with Pricing, Marketing and Commercial counterparts to ensure ad hoc support is in place to facilitate their roles and appropriate involvement in wider business projects.
Communication – Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to varied and sometimes non-technical audiences
Stakeholder management – able to communicate both positive and negative messages, gain buy in from and build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholder
Support the implementation of business change, including delivery of commerical opportunites, underpinned by performance analysis
