Digital Insight Analyst

Knowledge

A general knowledge of user behaviour, UX and UI.

A working knowledge of Google Tag manager.

The role consists of reporting on and analysing the performance of our websites, apps and online customer journeys to monitor our success and customer satisfaction whilst identifying potential opportunities of improvement and performance issues early.

You are passionate about online marketing have experience in a role of similar nature.

You will be responsible for delivering impactful and actionable insights whilst delivering real time measurement of existing customer journeys utilising business data, web metrics, analytics and customer feedback to ensure we’re creating a good digital experience for our customers.

Experience working in detailed Google Analytics accounts.

A working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Familiar with and experience of session tracking software.

Skills

Generate website performance reports to measure the effectiveness of customer journey’s and offer feedback and recommendations to support findings across multiple departments.

Creative thinking, self-motivation and strong organisational skills.

Reporting through tools such as Microsoft, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.

Monitor and report on the behaviour of existing customers through portals, self-service and live-chat applications.

Communicate between the different departments and managers, including Marketing, Digital CX and operations, to help ensure consistency of work and a collaborative focus.

Identify gaps in our current processes and providing potential opportunities of improvement which will improve the Digital CX and reduce the traffic to our contact centres.

Analysing and understanding the cost metrics (e.g.cost per case) with specific understanding of the cost per case for digital contacts and it’s overall impact on operational costs.
