Sales Operations Assistant


PC skills, as a minimum able to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibility for issuing daily call stats and identifying trends and reporting any reps not on calls/ringing out when should be logged off etc.

Implement and maintain all agreed procedures and processes.

Ensure all activity meets company’s obligation in respect of current legislation, including compliance.


Excellent organisational Skills

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills

Coordinate any network events with sales team, marketing, post room and networks to ensure all events are effectively managed and details provided in good time. Ensure follow up activity is carried out in a timely manner.

Coordinate paperwork, presentations and print outs for sales meetings when asked


Self starter with high energy, able to work on their own.

Innovative approach to solving problems and Activity planning and prioritisation

Well developed interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work alone

Ability to produce work to a high standard and to strict timelines
