Support Assistant


Strong understanding of the departments in PSL and how things work operationally.

Strong understanding of how the sales team and areas work.

PC skills, as a minimum able to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Identify any potential risk events, document and action as required. Identify actions required to prevent reoccurrence. Where actions sit with Sales Operations,


Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Innovative approach to solving problems and Activity planning and prioritisation

Well developed interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work alone

To support the Field and Internal Sales teams with sales support and administration.

Support project delivery into the Sales team. Take the lead in projects with a customer focus, ensure any deliverables for the Sales team are identified, captured by the project and delivered into & for the Sales team.

Identify process improvement opportunities, both in Sales process and how the process fit in the wider business. Take the lead for Sales process improvement through Sales Operations

Update sales control documents and reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

Responsibility for issuing daily call stats and identifying trends and reporting any reps not on calls/ringing out when should be logged off etc.


Self starter with high energy, able to work on their own.

Ability to produce work to a high standard and to strict timelines

High attention to detail, the ability to identify where processes can be improved.
