Solid understanding of UK Insurance market

Experience of working in a regulated environment and to strict requirements

A legal background (desirable)

Cert CII (Desirable)

Experience managing stakeholder relationships

Assessment of Insurers - insurer due diligence, capacity management (credit ratings) – ensuring everything is in place prior to launching with a new insurer and ongoing assessment of existing insurers to ensure they are stable and within risk appetite

Contract review and management experience (desirable)

Skills

Excellent planning & organisational skills

Analytical, with the ability to identify and understand trends and present to key stakeholders

Evaluation of product performance analysis with appropriate recommendation where required including product value / conduct risk KPIs

To safeguard information, paying particular attention to customer and employee data and business sensitive information

Strong communicating and influencing skills

End to end management of the insurer contract process (TOBAs)

Management of the Trading Risk Forum

Support in the delivery against Trading owned Business Standards and wider regulatory requirements, keeping abreast of developments
