Minimum 1 years’ experience in the insurance industry (Desirable)

Ability to use industry standard analysis tools (Excel, Work, PowerPoint etc) (Desirable)

Experience of liaising with 3rd party service providers (Desirable)

Proven ability to analysis data and to draw and validate conclusions. (Desirable)

PCW Market Intel – ensuring competitiveness amongst the ever-changing insurance market.

Assist in the protecting of all files & regulations in line with GDPR.

Understand & monitor aggregator performance metrics and how this affects Atlanta.

Defaqto management – constant monitoring to ensure our offerings are strong and accurate.


Scope and release all new changes with the assistance from the aggregator support and test function.

Regular monitoring of automated aggregator MI.

Previous day MI analysis raising any issues and/or opportunities.

On-boarding of new brands onto the aggregators – completing technical packs, liaising with various business areas for a successful launch.

Assisting/ analysing Business Incidents and customer complaints – ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
