Aggregator Team Manager


Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry (Desirable)

Commercial Awareness

Previous experience in a leadership role

Have a strong brand management experience in a commercial setting. (Desirable)

Ability to use industry standard analysis tools (Excel, Work, PowerPoint etc) (Desirable)


Expected to ensure all brand offerings are displayed correctly and keep abreast of market changes/intel and feed into the teams’ group strategy.

Co-ordinating business change on the Aggregators whilst delivering the objectives on time in line with Atlanta’s strategy.

Teamwork – For a more harmonious and efficient working environment

In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of Atlanta Group as well as maintaining mutually constructive and beneficial relationships.

Keeping stakeholders and the Aggregator partners fully informed of the status of their requests.

Accountable for establishing relationships with the Aggregators to support with day-to-day queries including all change requests and risk events.

Communicate clearly and concisely

Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work.

Be highly numerate and literate and have excellent analytical skills

Providing your team with regular performance management support and ensuring that a high level of productivity is maintained.


Staying up to date with all Aggregator performance metrics, providing insight and recommendations into customer behaviour, online journeys, and conversion rate optimisation.

Maintain high professional standards.

Highly accurate, paying appropriate attention to detail
