Manage day to day relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external

Result driven with proven experience of meeting challenging objectives

A proven track record in account management (Desirable)

Skills

Assist in the production of technical support materials and ancillary product literature

Identify opportunities through the introduction of new, or the adaption of existing products to ensure the ancillary portfollio remains robust and sufficient to meet customer needs

To produce and present proposals to support recommendations for change to senior management and relevant business committees and forums

Collaborative working style with excellent relationship building skills

Take a lead role in project and/or change programmes where ancillary products are impacted

Monitoring the performance of the ancillary portfollio to ensure customer value is met and make change recommendations where nessecary

Work with department senior management to devise and deliver strategies and initiatives that help support the groups strategic objectives
