A thorough understanding of UK market both industry wide and product specific

Strong financial knowledge and understanding

Experience of working with Insurers externally

A proven track record in the Trading / Telematics / Distribution segment (Desirable)

Strong Commercial acumen


Monitor the impact of initiatives post implementation and preparing Exec level reports to evidence impact, including recommendations on future state.

Define and monitor integral Trading Performance insight on key metrics to the Senior Trading leadership for all lines.

Collaborative working style with excellent relationship building skills

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to positively influence senior management teams.

Ability to work under own initiative

Assist strategic direction to the Trading function, to help support operational efficiency and to identify new opportunities

Work with the Director of Trading (Integration) and Trading Director to ensure the successful delivery of Atlanta business Integration and Trading MI initiatives.

Manage and support Trading due diligence and structured ‘100 Day Plan’ ownership as part of Trading integration for reporting into the AA&I board.


Ability to drive value and maximise commercial opportunities

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at any one time.

Take leading role for the Trading department on group data initiatives and projects. Produce key insight to inform and assist decision making on Trading prioritisations.

A strong influencer

Work with Director of Trading integration to own, develop and deliver overall strategy for Telematics. To develop / design new products to support evolving customer needs.
