Insurance industry experience

Experience of insurer relations (Desirabe)

Maintain a working awareness and understanding of industry codes of practice and apply the knowledge when carrying out the role

Support effective and efficient governance with relevant, accurate and timely management information exchange

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel (Desirable)

Produce and share monthly Insurer MI Reports and Presentations with Insurers and Insurer Relations Team

Skills

Arrange and attend meetings as required with Insurers and the Insurer Relations Team

Upkeep and maintain reporting records for statistical analysis and compliance to Group Control framework

Ensure the Driving a High Performance Culture is embedded into Insurer Relations Team culture

Organisation and Communication skills

Establish and develop relationships with Underwriters and Claims teams at Insurers

Ensure day to day issues with providers and internal stakeholders are dealt with appropriately and quickly

Identification and escalation of new product opportunities to Insurer Relations Team and monitoring success
