Proposition Manager


An in depth understanding of the market place and current/emerging trends

Keep up-to-date with developments in the market in order to identify new opportunities and threats, identifying where Atlanta products are out of line with the market and offer actionable solutions

Experience of working in a highly regulated sector and knowledge of insurance regulations

Demonstrable experience of building excellent relationships internally and externally

Proven product development and management skills

Support on proposition requirements and considerations where Atlanta exploring new markets / products e.g. GAP to inform wider business

Support on design new co-manufactured products to meet the needs of target customers whilst ensuring products do not hinder competitiveness and are acceptable from a value perspective


Support on improvements to customer journeys, proposing improvements including post aggregator click through digital journeys and direct question sets to address weaknesses and maximise on opportunities delivering both better customer and commercial outcomes

Support on development of the existing co-manufactured product set to ensure the products continue to meet the needs of target customers and commercial objectives e.g. tiering, optional extras, cover limits

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Support and inform on the maintenance and development of Atlanta CPW products in line with agreed timetable with a focus on customer need and commercial objectives

Suggest improvements to the processes in place to support delivery of responsibilities to ensure efficient and consistent approaches in line with Atlanta and regulatory requirements

Completion of Atlanta Product Reviews / Fair Value Assessments, tracking of resulting Atlanta actions and tracking/review of Insurer FVAs in line with regulatory timescales

Support the creation and presentation of Product Approval requests to Atlanta Pricing & Value Committee for Atlanta co-manufactured products and new propositions
