Digital Analytics Manager

Knowledge

Utilising tools such Data Studio and QLIK to provide meaningful insights and key performance metrics to senior stakeholders.

Working with our back end and back office quote and buy systems to ascertain funnel performance, drop off, and ultimately report on Income generated by digital channels

Experience with session tools such as Hotjar and Sessioncam with the ability to report findings from these to a wide audience

Working with our Affiliate agency to successful implement site tracking code so that we can pass back conversion values to pay affiliates on our programs.

Working with web developers, both front and back end to ensure that our tracking code implementation is as optimised as it can be.

Management of multiple Google Analytics accounts and profiles spanning a number of customer-facing websites across the wider Ardonagh Group. Knowledge of premium analytics platforms e.g. GA 360 will be required.

Integration of affiliate marketing tracking into our multiple back end environments and providing support to our local teams to help with sale validations.

Ideally degree level in a maths, IT, marketing or business-related discipline

Skills

Reporting and providing insight into our online performance. This will involve working with stakeholders around the business to aid income & sales reporting against digital marketing channels.
