Campaign Management Lead


Understanding of Campaign Management Tools

Strong understanding of database marketing, data segmentation, data modelling and targeting

Understanding of Financial Services regulations and compliance requirements

Experience is delivering Direct Marketing campaigns including postal, email and SMS

Diploma in Direct Marketing or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

Understanding of tracking techniques e.g. Google Analytics

Understanding of data Modelling tech

ESP experience

Campaign management


Ability to build strong relationships and turn highly complex topics to simple and practical communication that will engage with audiences.

An incredible eye for detail

Ability to manage budgets

Management of the Campaign Management Tool for Atlanta to ensure the benefits of the tool are fully utilised across the business from Direct Marketing to Loyalty to non-software customer communications.

Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics and report against campaign effectiveness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyse marketing campaigns and present strategies based on results

Excellent planning, numerical and project management skills

Competent user of Excel (formulae, graphs etc)
