Experience of working in the Financial Services industry
Prior experience using EpiServer CMS
Support the Digital team through all aspects of website management to agreed timings from scoping, planning, gaining business approval and implementation of new content.
Experience of managing website user journeys across multiple devices
monitoring the performance of our websites, apps and online customer journeys for the purpose of optimising customer experience and improving customer satisfaction
Skills
Strong communicating and influencing skills both internally and externally
Conduct appropriate levels of testing prior to making changes to group sites
To monitor website performance and manage the website development plan, reporting to key stakeholders in marketing
Proficient in translating requirements into detailed website briefs
Provide support to the appropriate website user journeys which support the online sales plans of the business
Ensure digital content is suitably managed using the Content Management System
Support with Marketing Department where necessary with certain aspects of departmental admin
Management of multiple responsibilities and deadlines
Support the CMS Manager ensuring websites are always optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop
As required, provide digital user journey input in planning meetings and monitor the effectiveness of activity, recommending actions to improve user journey performance
Ability to analyse performance of activities
