Work closely with the Digital Development team to design new content management capabilities and to explore opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Explore new, efficient ways to edit and manage content using capabilities of the content management system across multiple delivery platforms including desktop, mobile and tablet.

Being able to explain the potential implications for customers who are not treated fairly by you or others.

Ensure content is compliant across the site, the site structure principles are maintained and a consistent look and feel is adhered to throughout all web properties.

Acts as a key part of online campaign delivery, aiding in the delivery of PPC growth, SEO optimisation and is responsible for the online translation of a consistent brand message.

Responsible for all elements of online content production across the Atlanta digital estate, from brief assessment through to scheduling into workflow and post-go live checks.


Ensure that knowledge is shared across the team to reduce key person dependencies.

Identify career development areas and conduct regular performance reviews.

Support the implementation of ideas and innovations produced by the Content Team.

Always seeking to be competent to do your job eg by completing all compulsory regulatory training on time to ensure that you have all the necessary knowledge and skills

Raise awareness of the Content Team’s capabilities through internal relationship development and management and through internal communication channels

Encourage and empower team to lead on small projects and pieces of BAU work.

To manage the workload, plan delivery and allocate projects to a team of Content Editors.
