Knowledge
Experience of managing website user journeys across multiple devices
Experience of managing website content using Content Management Systems.
Digital CIM Qualification or relevant degree (but not essential)
Experience of working in the Financial Services industry (desirable but not essential)
Prior experience using EpiServer CMS (desirable but not essential)

Proficient at managing budgetary and financial information.
Strong communications skills
Proficient in translating requirements into detailed website briefs.

Provide digital content input in planning meetings and monitor the effectiveness of activity, recommending actions to improve customer journey performance where required.
Evaluation of key competitor activity across a range of digital activity
Deliver service excellence to our customers through compliance with all FCA regulations and TCF obligations and protect our reputation
