Knowledge

Use reporting to map trends to help the business identify potential issues or errors within our apps and websites

Identify unusual trends in order to alert our key stakeholders of any online performance issues

Existing knowledge of a range of marketing practices including, Social Media, Organic Search, Paid Search and Email

Passionate about online marketing have experience in a role of similar nature

Assist in the use of behavioural tracking tools such as Crazy Egg, and report on the findings

Experience working in detailed Google Analytics accounts

A general knowledge and passion for user behaviour, UX and UI

Familiar with and experience of session tracking software

Skills

Excellent Communicator

Support with the development and implementation of custom tracking and reporting through Google Analytics, and other tools within the Google Marketing Suite

Generate website performance reports to measure the effectiveness of customer journeys using Google Data Studio, excel, google sheets and presentation software.

Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills.

The role involves monitoring the performance of our websites, apps and online customer journeys for the purpose of optimising customer experience and improving customer satisfaction.
