Graphic/Digital Designer

Knowledge

Creation of Re-marketing and Display advertising

Working with different content management systems to ensure both the design and technical brief is delivered

Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking / conferences /associations / groups, to stay current on Industry developments & innovations. Encourage, support and coach other team members in their own development

Email design, build and coding and editing

Supports marketing campaigns across a variety of channels

A good understanding of designing responsive & adaptive web pages and sites for all devices, ensuring a mobile first approach

Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

Strong Knowledge of Content Management Systems, in particular SiteFinity

Experience of working with Sitefinity CMS System

Experience using InVision to create prototypes

Understanding of FS regulations and compliance requirements

Strong HTML and CSS knowledge

Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery an advantage

Firm knowledge of web standards, browser and device compatibility

Experience using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects would be advantageous

Experience using Google Web Designer or equivalent

Understand UX / UI to improve customer journey, engagement and ROI through effective design

Good understanding of search engine optimisation principles

Up-to-date experience with latest standards, and technologies

Good understanding of content management systems
