Ensures that the digital channel and operations is fully aligned to the overall business and customer strategy – with developments and activity fully supporting the achievement of business objectives from sales, retention, to customer engagement and advocacy

Experience both agency and client side

To be aware of and understand Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure and Code of Conduct. To question and act upon concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing by following the Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure

Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality

Experience in PPC management and online tracking techniques – inc experience in Google adwords

Experience in UX


Excellent verbal and written skills

Extremely proficient in excel

Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting and analysis tools such as SEM Rush, Moz and AHRefs

Leads the development the business cases for IT and digital investment and oversee the budget allocated

Acts as the principal digital champion in the organisation, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director to drive the change needed to make Atlanta digitally-led.

Accountable for the end-to-end performance of the online sales channel – both direct and via aggregators

Lead the development of Atlanta’s Digital Strategy & Roadmap – working closely with the Marketing Director & Head of Marketing & Products to ensure alignment with overall customer and business objectives

Deliver effective PPC, Affiliate programmes, SEO, Programmatic and remarketing campaigns to deliver growth

Accountable for setting clear objectives and KPIs for each element of the plan, and monitoring progress against each one


Responsible for generating innovative ideas, content, etc. which drive web traffic, customer engagement and leads

Maintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback

Thrives on keeping up to date with industry and digital trends

Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking / conferences /associations / groups, to stay current on Industry developments & innovations. Encourage, support and coach other team members in their own development

Provide meaningful inputs and guidance to the UX of our Websites’ (and all Digital channels) working closely with the Trading and Marketing teams to implement effective artefacts to increase conversion

Works closely with the Digital Dev team and Change Function, in order to ensure that the Digital Strategy & Roadmap is delivered effectively
