Knowledge

Proficient using Media Monitoring and Social Listening platforms and Adobe software or similar

To maintain continual knowledge of web and social media analytics.

To maintain an interest in competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry and market developments to inform marketing initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point

Experience in paid advertising 

To actively support and encourage at all times, compliance with our quality principles, company policies and best practice in security, legal and regulatory requirements.

To safeguard information, paying particular attention to customer and employee data and business sensitive information.

To be aware of and understand Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure and Code of Conduct. To question and act upon concerns about malpractice or wrongdoing by following the Atlanta’s Whistleblowing Procedure.

understanding of FS regulation and compliance requirements.

Certificate in Marketing or equivalent (desirable). 

Previous experience within a busy marketing environment.

Assisting the Brand and PR Manager in writing copy

Plan all content across multiple brands and channels whilst being true to each brand tone of voice.

An understanding of social media channels and their impact on customer engagement.

Working closely with external agencies to implement digital campaigns. 

Supporting White label partnerships with marketing collateral / other requirements

Skills

Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of our content and strategy, utilising Media Monitoring and Social Listening platforms

To take ownership of the Atlanta Groups social media channels, responsible for the strategy, planning, content creation and execution to assist the business in achieving its objectives.

Good oral, communication, written and numerical skills. 

Ability to liaise with all levels both externally and internally.

Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of our content and strategy, utilising Media Monitoring and Social Listening platforms

Supporting the Brand and PR Manager to deliver the social media content requirements across the brand portfolio
