UX Digital Enhancement Manager

Knowledge

Providing UX support, advice and solutions for Main site, Landing Pages, Emails and blog sections of our Atlanta sites

Apply experience and expertise in UX improvements within Atlanta: Including landing pages, Main site and Quote engines. Working with both internal teams and external agencies.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Experience of working using an AGILE project management methodology.

Digital CIM Qualification or relevant degree.

Ensure an end to end UX enhacement process is followed including: Identify any areas for enhancement, competitior research, design a solutions, business case where possible and report on how any changes have performed.

Significant experience of applying UX recommendations to improve customer journeys.

Continuous improvements of online customer journeys to support and evolve delivery of a ‘best in class’ digital experience across Atlanta.

Skills

Communication and influencing skills both internally and externally.

Experience managing key relationships with external suppliers.

Own the relationship with any third parties/ Developers who are associated with continuous improvement or A/B testing and UX Marketing enhancements.

Contribute ideas into new on going marketing activity, and provide suggestions to how digital journeys can be improved to delight customers and improve conversion.

Responsible for the Quote and buy UX recommendation when we are onboarding new brands to bring them in line with Atlanta best practices

Work with the various teams to assist in reducing marketing wastage by enhancing the UX during the customer experience, including looking at drop outs, commercialising blog sections of websites and improving conversion of email traffic on site.

Experience of optimising digital customer journeys across multiple devices and platforms.

Undertake a continuous testing programme, including planning and delivery, to support conversion rate optimisation goals where appropriate.
