Credit Control Administrator

Knowledge

Risk focused with experience of working in a regulated environment

Adherence to all departmental and Company controls and procedures including the accurate and timely production of all relevant computer outputs, reports, and letters

Skills

Manage customer expectations and resolve queries. Build and sustain professional customer and third party relationships.

Effective communication skills with external contacts and working well with people at all levels

Deal with customer correspondence, diaries / tasks and CBPF reports in a timely and effective way that achieves service level agreements whilst delivering excellent levels of service to all customers across all CDL platforms.

To meet our customers' needs and expectations by ensuring that all the department systems are accurately maintained, and departmental procedures are followed

Computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
