Knowledge
Experience working within insurance Industry (desirable but not essential)
Extensive experience of using WFM tools
Extensive workforce planning/resource planning experience from a Customer Service / contact centre environment
Good coaching and Team Management Experience
Degree or equivalent experience
Extensive work experience in a statistical design and implementation role
Experience working well in a highly pressurised environment with the ability to manage a number of high profile activities at the same time.
