Lead on assisting wider Learning and Development team to understand what material is required for all inductions across Atlanta including any upskills or one off training
Regularly share new learning and knowledge with the L&D team to ensure the team is updated on new formats and development methods which are at the forefront of industry knowledge
Understanding of training needs analysis, development, design, delivery and measurement
Ability to understand training designs and suggest recommendations for improvement
Review training content drafts designed by the L&D team, ensuring training is in line with the companies practices' as well as providing input and recommendations for improvement
