Ensure content meets style, accessibility and branding guidelines. Update our courses to ensure they remain current

Upload courses onto the LMS (Learning Management Systems)


Help develop robust assessmend modules that clearly measure what has been learned against specified learning objectives

Support the implementation of new organisational initiatives through delivery of digital learning interventions, where this is identified as the most appropriate intervention

Design and maintain digital learning solutions including e-learning modules, webinars, podcasts, animations, videos, bite sized learning which is mobile and tablet compatible

Create job aids, Powerpoint guides and any other written guides that may be needed by the wider L&D team (Induction)

Strong presentation skills

Assisting in researching best practice and the 'pooling' of suggestions and ideas to continuously improve training and development. This should be both within our business as well as best practice within the generic training industry

An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
