Contribute towards maintaining and enhancing the training team's value to the business by complying with agreed best practice whilst applying a critical awareness of current developments in learning
Consult effectively with the business at all levels using a toolkit of consultancy skills to identify and define clent requirements, ensure stakeholder management, influence our stakeholders, encourage the use of effective learning interventions and become a solution provider
Support mentoring and succession planning
Deliver, coach and embed leadership development
Lead and manage the Performance Coaches completing all man-management requirements
Design leadership courses for all levels of leaders esuring the learning is aligned to business needs
