Leadership Facilitator

Knowledge

ILM qualified in Coaching & Mentoring or similar

CIPD qualified Level 5 or above preferred

Insights qualified, ILM, TAP, DISC, MBTI Desirable

Multi-site management

Organisational Awareness

Expert in Leadership content design and facilitation

A proven experience of coaching and development at all levels of management including senior roles

Strong industry experience required

Experience of running learning programmes across multi-site / brands

Ability to produce reporting packs to feed into HoD L&D Exec monthly’s

Skills

Develop a flexible resource of Leadership facilitation availability to support demand

Design the Leadership programmes to meet the needs of the business aligning to the strategic priorities

Produce accurate and timely reports for the Leadership & Development Manager, along with any other ad hoc or periodic management information as needed.

Experience of developing blended learning programmes that lead to commercial outcomes and ROI

Experience of working with diverse customer base and a range of partnership bodies to meet customer needs

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels

Managing relationships with existing partners and support developing new supplier channels, in line with internal guidelines for coaching

Ensure that all development sessions are delivered and maintained in such a way that ensures compliance with the T&C framework
