Knowledge
A Proven Coaching & Development background with ILM Qualification (or similar) desirable
Management of delegates including absence, performance, and probation reviews.
People Management – Strong experience of managing a team including documenting evidence (preferably an L&D Team)
CIPD qualification in Training Practice or above

Have knowledge and understanding of our T&C Framework
Ideally, specific coaching/training and/or Contact centre, sales experience within fast paced environments.
Knowledge of various coaching methods and models
Management and reporting of delegates progress, behaviours and KPI’s ensuring that they make progress in line with their learning plan and ensure that the coaching team are delivering coaching sessions to the expected standards; coaching and managing the performance of members who may fall short of expectations.
Provide MI to the training manager as required (Group Attrition, QA Results, Sickness/Absence etc)
Skills
Coordinate all training, coaching and development centre interventions including the planning of resource, facilities, and development centre activity / sessions.
Complete training needs analysis
Tracking and planning of all business learning requests
Training design & delivery (Minimum 3years)
Ability to design face to face, virtual and digital learning content, proven experience in designing and delivering coaching interventions
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Experience of delivering coaching/training in a target driven environment
Ensure learning interventions are fit for purpose, kept up to date and delivered in a blended approach to take account of different learning styles.
Managing of key relationships during projects through Stakeholder management
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify coaching and development needs, identify development areas and suggest solutions
