Knowledge

Insights accredited and experience of working with snr teams

Ability to align business strategic goals to Learning and Development activity

Provide excellent strategic and tactical support to the Head of Learning and on all L&D related matters from transactional issues to people development and organisational design using an understanding of their goals and needs

Experience of working with diverse customer base and a range of partnership bodies to meet customer needs

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, virtual or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

CIPD qualified, level 5 or above desirable

Complete effective training needs analysis (TNA’s) for the business providing a detailed report highlighting findings recommendations and options Atlanta ways of working and business models

Skills

Experience of managing with external training providers

Coach individuals to recognise that they learn from their daily work and daily interactions with their peers

Expert of developing blended learning programmes that lead to commercial outcomes and ROI

Lead on L&D projects, including acquisition activity ensuring a robust 100 day plan fit for purpose can be executed for learning transition

Expert in consulting with the business to develop a learning culture

Manage the relationship and budget with external Learning providers

Leadership facilitation experience

Strong facilitator for learning programmes
