Payroll Admin


Take responsibility for own actions and decisions without being prompted and know when to refer to others

Be aware of department objectives, understand how own role fits into these objectives

General basic understanding of payroll

Knowledge of HRIS systems

Knowledge of data protection


Ensure all payroll processing is completed in line with business SLAs

Assist and contribute to various elements of the payroll process leaver calculations, issuing P45s, send payslips and financial references

Providing accurate calculations where required

Supporting payroll leads with the end to end payroll processes


To safeguard information, paying particular attention to customer and employee data and business sensitive information

Be willing to undertake additional duties for professional development and team work

Maintain a positive and solution orientated approach to work, providing open and honest feedback

Ensure professional development is maintained via coaching/mentoring
