Responsible for the end to end payroll processing cycle ensure compliance of processes and prcedures - including PAYE calculations, pension calculations
Ensure reconcilitation on monthly reporting is completed and uploaded to various portals in a timely fashion
The processes and techniques for manual calculating
Knowledge of onboarding new business via M&A into payroll function
Leveraging the use of HRIS systems/payroll and business knowledge to add value
Knowledge of managing own time and that of others effectively
Act as point of escalation for any complex payroll queries
