Skills
Deliver upskilling session on CascadeHR to managers
Provide administrative support across the annual F&P process
Completion of employee referencing
First point of contact to deal with queries via AskAtlanta
Provide advice and guidance on HR & transactional tasks to managers
Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback
Experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders across various locations.
Encourage, support and coach other team members in their own development.
Contribute to the improvement of systems, policies and processes
Administrative support of setting up new starters on Cascade
Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking / conferences /associations / groups, to stay current on Industry developments & innovations
