Performance Coach

Knowledge

Educated to degree level or equivalent

ILM certified in Coaching & Mentoring or similar

CIPD qualified, level 5 or above desirable

Insights qualified, ILM, TAP,DISC,MBTI desirable

Knowledge of a variety of coaching methods and models, preferably the GROW coaching model

Ability to produce reporting packs for Exco levels

Experience in virtual/online delivery of sessions

Strong industry experience required

Ability to produce reporting packs for Exco levels

Skills

Experience of working with diverse customer base and a range of partnership bodies to meet customer needs

Challenge the current processes for coaching across the organisation identifying opportunities to innovate and deliver through other added value means

Conducting natural coaching conversations with the management team and give feedback to improve performance

Track performance and results and provide weekly reports to the Leadership and Development Manager

Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels

Experience of running learning programmes across multi-site/brands that lead to commercial outcomes and ROI
