Previous Recruitment Marketing knowledge
experience in working within an FCA regulated business
Experience of designing business careers sites.
Experience of developing and utilising company EVP to build attraction strategy and methodology to enhance the attract and retain cycle of resourcing and improve direct resourcing capability
Leads on delivering CRM based technology into Resourcing to move the business from reactive to responsive
Skills
Competence in MS Office Suite including MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to use new and unique resourcing techniques.
Experience gained in-house or consultancy side as a researcher
Proven track record of identifying quality candidates in diverse markets
Helps ensure consistent brand presence and firm voice across multiple channels.
