Experience in a social media/ content creation role
A solid understanding of social media and good knowledge of how to communicate and engage effectively
Knowledge of Linked In, Glassdoor, ATS/Career pages
Experience in working within an FCA regulated business

Be a key part of various resourcing projects to drive direct resourcing capability, such as supporting the recruitment marketing strategy, working on system and technology enhancements and supporting across the team on both volume and back office campaigns where necessary
Will be integral for supporting these projects, at times driving different stages and helping to deliver the core outputs.
Will be a creative and confident writer, able to deliver content for adverts, website requirements and social media platforms
Will be ideas driven, with quality in mind and will help create new ways to engage the candidate communities
