Knowledge

Manage the relationships with external research providers

Proactively capture, store and share insight relating tokey external talent with responsibility for managing and recording referrals.

Act as a subject matter expert in all research activity, advising the team of available sources of intelligence

Experience gained in-house or consultancy side as a researcher

Full-cycle recruitment experience

Experience in working within an FCA regulated business

To safeguard information, paying attention to customer and employee data and business sensitive information

Skills

Engage with Hiring Managers to compile job descriptions for new vacancies, post advertisements on the Atlanta Careers Website’s, LinkedIn and job boards, shortlist applicants and extend job offers.

In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department, the team and the company as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships.

Bring a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent, using cutting edge attraction strategies including digital channels that will help make Towergate a serious player in challenging recruitment markets.

Knowledge of social media including Instagram and Twitter and skilled using tools such as LinkedIn, relevant databases and ideally CRM

Build and maintain a pipeline and talent pool of candidates, that supports the businesses requirements for current and future opportunities

Proven track record of identifying quality candidates in diverse markets

Applicant Tracking System (recruitment database) experience is essential

Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers accordingly

Be an active participant in client briefings to gain a clear understanding of the business needs
