Resourcing Manager

Knowledge

Analyse and interpret complex recruitment information to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice is adopted

Identifies relevant information and evaluates the issues to make sound decisions in highly complex or sensitive situations.

Proven experience using direct sourcing model of recruitment.

Thinks laterally to identify new or untried solutions leading to business benefits.

Degree qualified with financial services industry experience.

Previous experience of using various recruitment technology and an ATS

Proven track record of identifying strong leadership capability in diverse markets.

Resourcing requirements of all Atlanta Groups companies’ operations teams are met in a timely manner and corporate objectives can be achieved through correct staffing levels.

Work closely with Resource Planning and Training to ensure required headcount budget is achieved, not exceeded, and delivered in time with unit budget requirements

A good awareness of insurance is preferable.

Continually striving to improve the performance of the business at all levels, showing resilience and a tenacity to overcome obstacles to improvement.

Skills

Manage the relationships with external agencies, volume master vender and research providers.

Strong service and business partnership ethic

Market mapping, identification, and attraction of candidate communities to deliver the required candidate numbers.

Skilled using tools such as LinkedIn, relevant databases, job boards and ideally market mapping and intelligence gathering tools

Advanced ability to source qualified and unqualified candidates by networking and building strong relationships with referral sources.

Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to use new and unique resourcing techniques

Proactively capture, store, and share insight relating to key external talent with responsibility for managing and recording referrals.

Recruitment and FCA regulatory requirements are adhered to through effective pre employment screening checks and transparent recruitment assessment processes and procedures
