Ability to challenge current practices and identify more efficient solutions
Knowledge of FCA legislation and regulations regarding incentives, bonus schemes, pensions, GPG reporting, national minimum wage and tax
Good knowledge of how Reward connects with the wider people/HR agenda
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures

Skills
Management of group benefits including accountability for annual insurance renewals, continue to develop total reward statements to ensure the value of benefits is understood
Complete compliance reporting and audits
Support with the preparation of RemCo papers, working with finance to obtain scorecards
Working with MP team ensuring data is correctly maintained in the HR systems and challenging the data where necessary
Strategically review the effectiveness of existing reward schemes by engaging with senior stakeholders making recommendations for change
Encourage, support and coach other team members in their own development
Be able to manipulate and analyse large and complex sets of data
Ability to present data clearly and in an understandable way
Keep up to date with HMRC legislation, pay forecasts, pension auto enrolment and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations to stay current on industry developments
Experience of working with third party benefit providers/brokers
