To maintain an excellent understanding of the Group, its strategy, and customers

To analyse trends and metrics to identify opportunities to build on people capability and provide solutions for people challenges
Use MI to identify areas for development or continuous improvement, ensuring that any initiatives are successfully embedded into the business
Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking / conferences /associations / groups, to stay current on Industry developments & innovations. Encourage, support and coach other team members in their own development.
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
Maintain strong working partnerships with executive team and senior leaders by helping to shape their people plan and providing appropriate challenge to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved
Liaise with other members of the APT to ensure senior leaders are supported in areas such as L&D, Resourcing and Engagement
Experience of coaching and influencing senior leaders including ability to manage difficult conversations
