Knowledge
Lead on the data element of the Performance Review cycle, supporting the People team and where appropriate our leaders / managers to provide insightful and efficient reporting
Support the organisation's understanding of business intelligence and how to make the best use of available data, with specific focus on developing the People team's understanding
Responsibility for all People Systems, Data and Technology, work collaboratively with the broader People team to ensure that systems, data and technology are delivering to suit business requirements, and ensure that the colleague experience is at the forefront of any development
Responsible for driving continuous improvement through the use of existing, and new technology
Provide expert advice, support and guidance on all aspects of People data, systems and technology
Skills
Appropriate People data and system governance is in place to support our group security and data model, to ensure a high level of data integrity, retention and support the self-service model
Ensure the People team have the tools and data they need to derive business insight, bringing expertise and knowledge to influence requirements and propose solutions
Ensure that the full potential of all of the existing People systems are realised and utilised, including their development and enhancement
Implement and deliver a suite of insightful People reporting tools for key groups, bringing expertise and knowledge to influence requirements and propose solutions
Responsible for trend analysis and ensuring alignment with people strategy and business strategy
Design and deliver the solutions and tools that equip the organisation to derive insight, leading to better informed people decisions at both a strategic and operational level
Liaise with external providers of the People systems and technologies to ensure a good quality service is provided and that the system is up-to-date, through the implementation of service enhancements, testing and upgrades

Lead on People team change requests, supporting the team through the change process and help them shape and evolve their requests
