Knowledge

CIPD qualified, level 5 or above desirable

Understand the Atlanta demographic and shape the emerging talent strategy accordingly – drawing on the support and expertise of the wider Talent team to ensure consistency across the business

Knowledge of the Apprentice levy and how to utilise the scheme

Organisational Awareness.

Expert in developing Talent development programmes

Experience of Talent strategy development and implementation

Strong industry experience required

Skills

Lead and drive the internal mobility agenda. Growing the internal talent pool, facilitating internal moves, leading the resourcing review process and understanding the motivations of the internal talent pool.

Continuously improve the identification of talent through the people review and Professional Development Discussion processes

Proficient in MS office packages (Excel/Powerpoint/Teams etc)

Produce accurate and timely reports for the Director of Talent, along with any other ad hoc or periodic management information as needed.

Work with the senior management team to agree key and critical areas of development and support, assessing future and current training needs.

Ensure the rigour of succession planning and management , Identifying risks and working with key stakeholders to mitigate them

Confident in presenting a methodology or approach to key stakeholders

Managing relationships with existing partners and support developing new supplier channels, in line with internal talent plans

Maintain the relationship with the business area to ensure colleagues on programmes feel supported through out their study and use the off the job allowance

Review, develop and deliver consistent talent initiatives across the organisation.
