Training design & delivery (Minimum 3years)
Experience of applying traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)A Proven Coaching & Development background with ILM Qualification (or similar) desirable

Support the implementation of new organisational initiatives through delivery of learning interventions, where new skills, knowledge or ways of operating are required
Ensure a standardised approach to training across all parts of the business wherever possible, ensuring consistency of approach and quality
Deliver and coach the induction, personal effectiveness and system content for all colleagues across the Atlanta group to ensure they are prepared to effectively contribute to the overall business operation by writing profitable, compliant, and quality business as well as delivering high quality customer service.
Design deliver and coach both classroom and blended learning content which support identified colleague development needs whilst satisfying the company’s T&C Framework Complete effective training needs analysis (TNA’s) for the business providing a detailed report highlighting findings recommendations and options
Experience of group delivery – Minimum 3years
Evaluate and report on the on the business impact of learning activities contributing to the advancement of the team and delivery of a high -quality cost effective enabler to the business
Track and document all coaching/feedback sessions in line with the T&C framework
Ability to communicate at all levels.
