Training Manager

Knowledge

Educated to degree level or equivalent

CIPD qualified, level 5 or above desirable

Insights qualified, ILM, TAP,DISC,MBTI desirable

Actively manage budget requirements and develop forecasts as part of the annual budget process

Experience of managing and leading a Training team or Development Centre equivalent

Coordinate all training interventions including the planning of resource, facilities and development centre activity

Ability to produce reporting packs for Exco levels

Skills

Experience of working with diverse customer base and a range of partnership bodies to meet customer needs

Ability to design and execute successful training programes with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, virtual or classroom training, e-learning, workshops etc)

Develop a flexible resource of L&D availability to support peak seasons across the brands

Actively manage budget requirements and develop forecasts as part of the annual budget process

Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact and scalability - Assist with the development and support the LMS

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify development areas and suggest solutions

An agile approach to working and demonstrable examples that you are comfortable working I changing situations with fast pace and ability to work across multi sites throughout the business
