Knowledge

A maths/ science or similar to A level or degree- desirable

Use of applications that which could be used in the role e.g. Excel or Machine Learning techniques - desirable

Query large databases to extract and manipulate data that is fit for purpose for pricing and performance area

Numerate, analytical and / or logical experience or education

Experience of interpreting data - desirable

Some experience of insurance pricing and/ or operational performance desirable

Support other analysts in the development and implementation of predictive models / segmentations using market leading methodologies

Support other analysts in performing detailed and insightful analysis to solve complex business problems and / or to gain a deep understanding of various Atlanta business dynamics

Present work to senior members of the team

Confidence in presenting technical information in a variety of mediums to clients and colleagues

Confidence in presenting technical information in a variety of media to clients and colleagues.

Develop effective and efficient solutions which deliver business requirements and add demonstrable value

Help members of the team overcome data interpretation challenges
