Knowledge
Experience of building and running MI and business partnering teams in financial services
Experience of appropriate data management and analysis tools
Understanding and experience of software development life cycle and project management methodology.
Familiar with relevant programming methods, techniques, procedures and controls.
Good appreciation of the wider field of IT.
Experience of Data Warehousing (Desirable)
MS Reporting Services (SSAS/SSRS) (Desirable)
Qualified accountant or QBE with significant experience of working within, developing and managing a complex/high data volume MI environment (Desirable)
Experience of Qlikview and SSRS, SSAS. (Desirable)

Working with the wider business drive, develop and maintain an appropriate MI offering to support commercial conversations with brokers, networks and insurers and insight into PSL performance
Support and maintain database administration and reporting standards, ensuring the relevant documentation are in place.
Ensure database/reporting designs and concepts are fully documented.
Development of the appropriate product across PSL’s providing a single main source of MI reporting.
Working with the IT department to ensure data capture is improved to aid in the delivery of quality MI.
Working with the finance team to ensure reporting is delivered consistently and within the parameters (where applicable) of financial periods.
