Support the data generation for all Insurance policies managed by the Department – General Insurance – Professional Indemnity 

Develop and maintain reports from Atamis and other related sources of Procurement related data

Good knowledge of Present IT literacy needs

Maintaining daily team review updates

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.  

Persuasive & determined when dealing with challenges

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educated to GCSE C Grade or higher, ideally including Maths & English Language

Raising of account details and orders via the Proactis system 

Presenting data to the market in good time

Manage a range of tactical supplier accounts 

Provide trend and historical data to support any discussions with our third-party service providers


Support the wider procurement team on any other responsibilities issued by the Procurement Manager 

Knowledge & Direct experience of the segment and willingness to learn

Other department colleagues, Managers, Colleagues, Supplier contacts, Ardonagh Group Insurance specialists, Ardonagh Procurement, Nominated Atlanta Information providers

Ensure the contract database “Atamis” is maintained

Strong organisational or administrative skills with attention to detail

Good analytical skills

Well driven team player with a strong work ethic
