Ensure a robust strategy for Commercial Management and Facilities is in place across Atlanta that standardises buying and services including SLA’s with suppliers
Educated to degree level in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
Experience of operating at a senior management level, managing diverse teams
Excellent sourcing and contract management skills within Facilities Management
Chartered Membership of the Institute of Procurement and Supply (desirable)
Skills
Manage overall operational responsibilities and relationships with Atlanta Board and appropriate MD’s across all Atlanta entities
Proven experience of senior leadership within a procurement function, implementing and sustaining effective change and building capability within a team.
Experience of working strategically and setting the direction for others
Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to build lasting partnerships and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to influence, persuade, challenge key & diverse stakeholders at senior levels
Accountable for maintaining, continually challenging and consistently applying the Commercial Management policy to ensure cost management and value through all Revex and CAPEX spend.
Lead on the promotion, development and evolvement of the purchase-to-pay system in line with the overall Commercial Management Operations strategy and direction.
